    Ban abusif


    Bonjour, j'ai été ban 1 jour pour un mauvais comportement survenu le 17/02. Après cet sanction et ayant compris mon mauvais comportement je n'ai pas renvoyé de message sur le live et hier j'ai reçu un nouveau ban d'une semaine provenant du 17/02 également.
    Pourquoi ce nouveau ban ?

    Hello I was banned from the chat on my Xbox live account having participated this week end to the champion on Fifa and having had a lot of victory I think I had to report quite a few times having 40 game to do can you deban me Faster please

    Bonjour, je m'appelle Léo et cela fait 8ans que j'ai un compte xboxlive. Voici déj quelques mois que je suis victime de ban en ce qui concerne la communication. Ayant envoyer quelques messages pouvant être mal prit, j'acceptais ses bannissements même si
    je trouvais que le nombre de bans était exagéré en vue du nombre de messages envoyés. Mais maintenant je suis ban pour harcèlement. Premièrement cela est faux. J'ai demandé la réévaluation auprès de Enforcement. Un message automatique m'a annoncé que la sanction
    était juste et qu'elle passait de 15jours 100jours. Je trouve cela assez insultant de voir mes 8ans de fidélité être jeté la poubelle part un programme automatique, sans même avoir la possibilité d'interagir avec quelqu'un. Pour l'anecdote. Je joue a overwatch
    et les bans ont commencés quand je suis entré dans le top500. Je sais qu'il exsiste des groupes Facebook partageant le nom de joueurs afin de les bannir. Désolé pour ce long post mais la je suis au désespoir de trouver une solution mon problème. Merci d'avance.

    Sorry to hear it. I'm afraid that no one here can help with enforcement issues as it is the sole domain of the enforcement team. As you've already had a case review and they've upheld the ban then you would need to ride it out.

    I would like to mention though that in your initial paragraph you said you created the post and added "Give some items" then reposted after 10 minutes. This sounds like you're begging (which they stated is against the rules) and spam (multiple posting of the same item). Both can be enforceable offences.

    The fact that it's a two week suspension also suggests that there have been other suspensions on your account as a first suspension would only be for 24 hours. Please be aware of how you type things when you can again to prevent this from happening in the future.
