    I found out yesterday that my account was certainly a ban because I can't

    more access has some features of the game.

    This is the first time this has happened, i ' would like more information to fix this problem

    Abnormal high ping

    My ISP said they "reset" the connection on third end and told me to restart my router. I've not had that same issue since so I suppose the ISP had some sort of good and fixed it.

    I am having the same issue and here answered me that my birthday date indicate an abnormally old birthdate (i born in 1973) nothing is abnormal to me with it. :( i am clueless

    I'm having the same issue. My connection dl and upload speed are normal but when playing bf1 or bf4 i experience extreme lag and high latency. Any luck finding a fix? I've been trying to research different things but nothing has worked yet.
