Ballistic Weave Armor

I only recently found out about the Ballistic Weave mod for outfits and I have destroyed the Railroad, so I can't get it anymore.

I don't have an older save to go back to just so I can get it.

Is there any other way to get the Ballistic Weave?

Tips for people new to the Series

I really enjoy playing the Fallout series. After completing all of the Railroad Randolph House quests I received a new armor mod called Institute Killer Weave Mod (like the Ballistic Weave) but not as strong.

What difficulty should i play on fallout 4?

My 1st play through was on very easy and my 2nd was on legendary, its all the same once you get the ballistic weave lol

No Sir, theres no other way. I always have a Save file where you make those building components for a Teleport as my Starting point base for Faction Loyalty.

[/quote] I agree with you completely. For the life of me, I can't understand how Ballistic Vest works. To me, it doesnt seem like you get any extra damage protection from Ballistic Vest . It seems that I get killed the with the same amount of bullets
if I have Ballistic Vest on or not.

Anyway, here is a video testing Ballistic Vest .....I still dont understand it. Personally, I find them only to be useful in Hardcore matches.

Hey how about, only bullets or explosive damage can hurt armor, dumb as F when you trip and your Bullet Proof Vest is now at half armor.

only health should be taken for non ballistic damage.

*** stasis. Get a Batarian solder, slap on blade armor. Slap her with a heavy melee, ballistic blades and finish again with heavy melee. If a phantom is still standing... well... keep heavy melee.

Or, just stick to an Asari Adept or Vanguar.
