    Assuming you're not trolling, exchange the console you just bought at your retailer for a replacement. The Xbox One system is virtually silent. If you're hearing screeching, something is wrong.

    Once you have a replacement, try again.

    Black Ops 2 Best or Favorite Perks for Multiplayer

    One of my favorite combinations is the one I made specifically for sniping in hardcore. I use ghost, cold-blooded, dexterity, and the primary gunfighter wildcard. Then, I gave up the tactical for a 3rd attachment, so I have a suppressor, ballistics CPU, and variable zoom on my weapon. When I'm not in hardcore, I take the wildcard off and I have 2 Bouncing Betty's and danger close.

    M27 w/ Foregrip and Reflex or the DSR-50 with Ballistics CPU and Variable Zoom.

    Also quite enjoying the LSAT with that target finder thingy, and the MP7.

    What are your favorite setups?

    Primary: The Ballista w/ Extended Mags, CPU Ballistics, and FMJ

    Secondary: Five-Seven w/ Fast Mag

    Perk 1: Flak Jacket

    Perk 2: None

    Perk 3: Tactical Mask

    Equipments: Only Tactical Insertion

    Wild Card: The 3rd attachment thing.

    Same thing goes with DSR-50 but replacing the 3rd attachment wildcard with Hardwired (gotta love this) perk.

    I always thought it was stupid to have both the ballistic knife and the tomahawk in the same game. The ballistic knife seems to just be there as a copout for people who don't know how to use the tomahawk.
