Ball not visible in Fifa16 Xbox 360

I purchased Fifa 16 for my Xbox 360 couple of weeks ago. When I first tried to play, the ball was not visible. I tried to change the cables (HDMI) and tried in other TVs. I have also played with TV resolutions, change some setting on the game, no success

i have problem with Fifa16 game. After system patch (actualization) i have problem with ball. I can not se the ball in game. Free kick, career....all. Console restarted many times and still problem. Can sb help me please?

Before update it was everything ok

This issue normally can be resolved by changing the ball you are using in the game's settings menu. You can change the ball back to whichever ball you want to use after that. If the issue persists, please be sure to check in with EA Support for further assistance!
