    Why is I get a ban for doing absolutely nothing? But then I get a message saying, "I think you're a ****" and much worse and report the messages like that, and nothing happens?

    Whatever your suspension was, it was because your account was found to have violated the Code of Conduct in some way.

    The support forums cannot assist with unbanning you, as the Enforcement team doesn't post here. Everything is handled in the Xbox Enforcement website. Log in to
    http://enforcement.xbox.com and submit a case review (if eligible).

    You aren't exactly notified when your submitted reports result in a suspension for a particular user.

    I believe the Xbox account balance is considered a payment option now. So I would recommend going there, to Settings --> Account --> Manage Payment Options.

    Thanks for reaching out again to us in the forums for this issue. The conversion from Rubles to US dollars should complete transition by the end of March 5, 2019, so if your currency has not yet been converted, then you may need to wait to purchase until
    the change takes effect. You may try to refresh your account by removing it from the console, restarting the console and then re-adding your profile (which will download the information again) to see if the changes have taken effect. If they have not, then
    you will need to await the conversion.
