    balance not showing up


    I have redeemed a 5 dollar microsoft gift card but for some reason when I try to buy anything on my xbox it doesn't show the option to use it. The balance only appears in my setting when I go to my account options. Is there a way to fix this or do I need
    to buy another gift card.

    Not at all, you will just add an Xbox Gift Card/Microsoft balance to check if that will work and then you can use it another time when you wanted to buy Robux.
