    Balance error?


    Hey, I had 4 $25 Xbox gift cards, (From Birthday/Christmas) and redeemed 2 of them on the Xbox itself, which worked fine. I redeemed the next 2 , (I did it via the Xbox website on the computer) and the wrong balance comes up when I try and buy a game, it
    comes up with $50 rather than $100. All of the codes were successful when I redeemed it, I don't really know what to do.

    It's not always an outstanding balance. It's a general billing error. It could be anything from not having a bit of information missing or a balance.

    So i literally just bought forza horizon 5 a few days ago and now i wanted to buy forza horizon 4 but for some reason it gives me a error which it gave for like a week before i bought fh5

    Right. But if it still gives an error, it would definitely be an error on that card. May have blocked for online purchases.

    What you can test is to buy Account Balance, and with that balance buy the game.

    Without knowing what status codes you're getting, the only adivce I can give is to check your account at
    https://billing.microsoft.com to see if there are any errors or if you're suspended because of an overdue balance. If there is a balance due you would have to add a credit card to pay off the balance
    so you can get unsuspended. If there are no balances and you don't find any errors, call support and talk to billing.

    No. Once you redeem the points you can't refund them. You do know the Xbox gift card you're trying to purchase is the same thing you redeemed the points for right?

    Oh can I atleast get my points back pls and refund this gift card? I worked very hard for this and just to realise I cant buy a gift card that is 3 dollars when I have 3 dollars? It's so confusing. Please can you add my points back? I beg you.
