    Balance ain’t changing.


    Hi, my balance before was $0.71 then i got a $15 Xbox gift card and its now $15.71. When i went to buy game pass it said my balance was still $0.71, so i checked “Payment and Billing” it said it was $15.71. So i checked again to see if i can buy it and
    it still says $0.71. Im confused and cant buy it.

    Currently, there is an issue with Microsoft credit. experienced the same issue. here is what I did, I fully signed out of my Microsoft account and logged back in.

    try a power cycle: Hold the console power button for 30 seconds allowing it to fully refresh.

    the issue I had was completely opposite to your where I had a total of $150 bought something and it did not update and could not purchase anything else.

    Thanks for coming to the forums. We recommend to uninstall and reinstall the profile. Sometimes things can become corrupt on a profile. This will refresh the profile on the Xbox.
