    on hold for 20 min to be put on hold again to get a new controller.. its 8 months old and it is dead ... its my 4th one in 2 years... i was told they could help me then put on hold again and got disconnected... typical for calling
    overseas with bad connection. i called back and this time i was told so sad but we cannot help you its been over 3 months and controllers only have a warranty of three months. wow good on Microsoft i see a Sony play station in my future.

    I had a quick play with the EA support website. It asks you a bunch of lame questions.....then tells you to take the item back to where you purchased it.

    "All official rock band retailers participate in the EA warranty support program"

    What about the controller is leading you to believe it is dead? I'd be happy to try some troubleshooting steps to see if we can get it working!

    As for the other comment, having owned a Playstation 4 for several years, I can assure you the Playstation warranty on a controller sold separately is also 3 months.

    You should look at warranty or exchange on the unit - As these are clearly supposed to not do that.
