    Bad upload and packet loss


    I need advice regarding my connection. I don't know whether this is my xbox or my connection. I frequently start to disconnect then reconnect to parties. As in it says I'm connecting or the rest of the party is connecting and sometimes I would disconnect
    from games. I managed to luckily time my detailed network info test on the xbox and I had 49% package loss, 0 upload. What could be causing this? A troubleshooting process would be amazing how am I to diagnose something which is intermittent it's frustrating.

    I am also experiencing unacceptable upload packet loss:

    Provider: SaskTel

    Ping: 74ms

    Download Speed: 3.85Mbs

    Upload Speed: 0.69Mbs

    Download Packet Loss: 0%

    Upload Packet Loss: 8%

    just tried wireless and I can connect . going to try cable again see if it will connect now starting to think its x1 Ethernet port
