Issuing chargebacks through your bank will get your account hit with an Enforcement action for "Marketplace Theft".

Since the Xbox Enforcement team do not post here on the forums, this will be the most assistance you can find here. No user on the forum has access to your account details and Enforcement records.

I installed the disc last night with no issues. Downloaded all the maps, plays well.

i cant install disc either even after doing hard reset. its not my disc as it runs fine on 360 and my mates xbox one

Internet Expert has provided some great info there and we definitely recommend checking out what was shared.

In addition to that info, if you every believe your account is compromised be sure to follow the steps provided on the

"I think my account has been hacked" guide.

Then reach out to your bank and the chat team. It would be a good idea to put a hold on the card and request that your bank investigate it. They would handle getting your money back with the proper teams.

These are the best steps to take in this scenario and the chat/phone agents should never suggest a charge back.
