    Bad support recommends to write a bad forum!


    When ever a customer support rep tells you to write a bad review for an experience, It's a bad sign! Xbox will take bad social media over benefiting business. Honor your deals and don't take back offers that you can't offer in the first place. By the way
    your phone support reps are telling me to write you bad forums so someone might listen... *cough, just put Destiny half off again please, do it for the fathers.

    I moved to Thailand and it seems IMPOSSIBLE to contact the support service from here. Only way is to write on this forum. Please help me Microsoft, this is just really bad...

    Avatars are glitching, and my xbox has a high frequency sound when i plays the game volume

    I would recommend contacting support..... Consoles do go bad.
