Bad service

Very unsatisfied with xbox live this past two months too many problems why do I pay for your service when it is not being provided makes me think Playstation would be a better choice . I expect more from Xbox this is starting to be ridiculous

Yes everyone today copies competitors ideas. That's just business today. When someone comes out with something successful whole industry runs to copy it, does not matter will it work next time or not. they just copy. And when we talk about Apple, just sit down
and try to remember Apple history. Where they got first ideas? They stole basic ideas from Xerox.

About Microsoft and Sony. I guess you noticed that Microsoft made some succesful things. And I guess you noticed that competitors trying to copy Microsoft too. Sony is not different. Actually Sony today trying copy everything what will make some money for them.
Maybe it's bad, maybe it's not. But I wanna share some hints about Sony. Did you know that everytime when Sony makes new device thay laugh at customers and saying new device does not have backward compatibility! So if you buy PS3 and you buy games, music,
movies there and then later you buy PS4 you can't use already purchased games with your new console! Does it looks for you fair?

And you are talking that Xbox Live service is bad? Can you describe why? Because if I compatre Xbox Live uptime with competitors online services uptimes, then Xbox Live have excellent uptime!

 

even I have to agree with this. The servers being down out of nowhere its kind of annoying.

I would also have to agree. everyday it seems like there is something wrong with xbox. today I log on and can't access my friends so how am I suppose to play online with them. My system has been acting up and to get it replaced through xbox they want to
authorize a credit card to get a new one I mean come on whats the warranty for? Not to mention that xbox charges 60 dollars a year for live when its down half the time anyway.

 

agree , on my ps4 it has been heaven since release but on my x1 it is constant problems and the small stuff like people on the 360 or internet don't see x1 games it just says the person is on x1 or when I look at my achievement's on my 360 it just says Xbox
one and the full total instead of each game and a lot of little things like that . I don't get why there not all combined like Sony it is great everything meshes between my ps3 , ps4 and vita flawlessly .

 

I absolutely agree I've been stuck with a broken xbox one for over a month. Advocacy team still hasn't contacted me.

 

It's a nightmare..... I'm tired of being a beta tester for microsoft..... Pay me if you WANT TO WASTE MY TIME AND MONEY!!!! I had such high hopes of a real system that could handle all my media needs.
