violators of the software microsoft under the login [Z] AmNeZiK Chucky, [AmZ] AmNeZiK Hibouu, AmNeZIK Elemesn I'm playing on the console XBOX ONE in the game Battlefield 4 - WHY DATA BREAKERS are NOT FORBIDDEN (their gaming consoles) and not brought to court
for fraud in the game !? Russia to sue the microsoft! ????

I cant beleive how obtuse and unhelpful Microsoft support have been tonight, I thought Id post my thoughts here to let you all know how much this comapny sucks when It comes to looking after its customers.

I spoke to a support agent and manager about my account problem, my details were either stolen or hacked and used to charge nearlry £100 on xblive, this was resolved and I was told Id get a refund. I was so worried I cancelled all my bank cards, and then
was worried about recieving the refund so I called MS and they reassured me its OK we will put the money back in your bank. Anyway It turns out the sent to money to paypal and I was charged 3 and a half quid for the priveledge.

I know this is a small amount of money but in my book I never ever made those payments and MS admitted liability as they refunded me, yet I have still lost out on money. I spoke to MS and all I asked for was a token gesture to make up the refund yet they
couldnt even do that. In the UK if a company is liable then they allways make sure the customer is not out of pocket for something they never did. I tried to be reasnoble, I didnt ask for a penny more yet I cant believe how obtuse the agent and manager was.
Anyway Ive contacted consumer direct to complain so Ill see if I get any joy through them.

Calling out other gamers is not allowed on the forums. You would need to file complaints on them via the console in order for the enforcement team to investigate them.
