    Hi, is this a known issue? I tried to login to my Xbox Live account on my laptop and I keep getting this error. Happens from links here:

    Sometimes it depends on what type of internet connection you are using to access the link, hardwired or wifi. Did you try power cycling the modem, or turning the wifi on and off?
