Bad Reputation = No playing anymore

Hi,

if you have a bad reputation since one or more reports and you buy xbox live to play online and you can't no more play online to restore your reputation, please contact me.

Since 1 or 2 months, i can't no more play any of my online game (but witcher 3 save me a bit my xbox opinion).

I try to contact xbox service, mail, forum, phone, i have registered and recorded everything. Basically Nobody can't help U but When you BUY XBOX LIVE... you want online service but with his method service can't be acceded then i think find people to make
a group action about this method.

you can't discuss, you can have any proof of this, you can't try to defend you, welcome to XBOX LIVE WORLD, You pay, you play (no more) and shut up !

System is a bit confuse and stupid, you need play onlie to restore reputation but you can't play online because you play only with people with same reputation but finally you play with nobody.

if you are one of them, contact me. Group is much stronger than one man.

Already post here, got my answer like "Us algorythm make no error, you cheat on game (happy wars, really ??? how to do that ???), or team kill (Team kill, i play Coop againt computer, computre can send bad opinion on me ??? Really ?), next time be aware.

Play Online (but i can't mister Enforcements) and you will restore your reputation... (i ppay service and you can't give me any access to online game)...

This sytem don't give any chance to understand what's the matter ?

Yesterday (because i finis Witcher 3, 1000 G cleaned), i try (for fun) to play or find a friend @ Happy wars (i know, once gain this game)... and i discover, i can finally play with some people, i check immediatly my reputation and discover a new thing :

• Orange status (without playing any live game, witcher don't have online gaming and because with re status, you are alone)

• Play a bit (maybe 3 runs + 2 runs before watch TV)

RESULT :

This morning, a message from xbox, it seems people vote against me again !!

Seriously, 5 games but i know i m in trouble... ??? What's the matter with communauty and your system ???

And now back to RED status and no more playing... Once again, i think i m stupid, i can finally play and i will offense people ????? ARE U SERIOUS ???

i m despite, my GOLD expire in AUGUST... TIME TO GO TO ANOTHER COMMUNAUTY I THINK, finally... i m not a fan of PLAYSTATION but maybe i will have possibility to play online...

a long xbox gamer despite by xbox system...

You will be matched with people with the same rep as you. That's how it all works. It doesn't matter which game you go on, you will still be matched with players with the same rep as you.

 

I agree, but when you are "RED", you can see on forum that you are not alone but on xbox live you are alone...

Since i m back to Orange (and disable Kinect mic to be safe) i can play again with people...

You are amabassador, can u check RED status with Microsoft team, there is a troubvle with this sytem and basically with alogorythm to state how many vote you need to change this... it's very confuse and abusive...

 

The only person who can fix your rep is you.

There's nothing wrong with the rep system.You say you had the Kinect mic on so that would be a problem as it picks up everything & is really annoying to a lot of people.

Ambassadors can't check anything with the Microsoft team,we are just regular gamers.

 

Thx for advise... i think you will have some extras contact with team but it appear, it's basically an extra status for active forum user !

anyway thx for answer who are much better than classical and robotic answer from Xbox live Enforcements.
