Bad repayment support- Péssimo sistema de reembolso

I bought some DLC erroneously and requested the refund by adding the orders separated by "," following the instructions. However only the first was reimbursed. After opening the requests individually and were denied without mentioning the reason.

Suporte de reembolso ruim.

Comprei alguns DLC erroneamente e pedi o reembolso, adicionando os pedidos separados por "," seguindo as instruções. Contudo somente o primeiro foi reembolsado. Após abri os pedidos de forma individual e foram negados sem mencionar o motivo.

Thanks for reaching out to the Community for advice on what to do next.

When you submit a refund request, you’ll be sent an email on whether or not it was approved or denied.

This followupemail you will receive is the only means to get in contact with the refund
department directly and will be the only means of you disputing the verdict as well. If they denied you, I would highly recommend emailing them back as to why.

If and when you get a chance, give it a shot and let us know how that helped.

Hi,

The new gamertag system just started being rolled out and won't be in full effect until later this year at the earliest. You can change your gamertag again, but you will have to pay for it. Support doesn't issue refunds for gamertag changes.

El nuevo sistema de gamertag acaba de comenzar a implementarse y no estará en pleno efecto hasta finales de este año como muy pronto.
Puedes cambiar tu gamertag nuevamente, pero tendrás que pagar por ello.
El soporte no emite reembolsos por cambios en gamertag.
