Bad Ports or Emulation Issues?

So, I've recently been playing some backwards compatible games recently. More specifically, Assassin's Creed 2, Deus Ex: Human Revolution and Fallout 3. I have been experiencing similar issues with each of them. The main ones are textures fading in and out
repeatedly and some textures not showing up. Does this have to with the ports or is this down to the emulators on the Xbox One?

Tell me if you had similar experiences.

Converting Games

I just want to explain this.

On the legal side. Emulator is legal. Converting games and distributing the converted games are illegal. Because the game publisher never agreed to this. If game publisher want this, they would port the game already, not converting the game to run on an emulator.

On the technical site, emulator is slower and less stable.

I think you'll need to post some pictures if these are glitches you're seeing.

I can't speak for the first two games, but fallout 3 had this issue on the 360 and even on the PC to some extent. It only manifests outside, not normally in inside environments.

@Rdeal even the Xbox 360's emulator for Original Xbox games wasn't this bad, and that had it's fair share of issues too.

Games are ported toXbox One individually, There is no emulator on the system that can run anything being artificially restricted

Its emulated through google and im pretty sure its ported from the android version. Could that make a difference?

xbox 360 games dont work on pc, they only work on xbox one as they a wrapped in an emulator designed to run on the xbox one, they could port the emulator over to pc but i don't think they have any plans for that yet as they could just use xcloud.
