BAD POOl CALLER Error when running xbox app - WIndows 10

From the research I've done related to blue screen errors caused by a bad pool error, the issue is usually related to bad drivers or overclocking of the computer. Also a bad RAM may cause this but it is rare. Pool's are a Window's term for drivers that are

thanks for answering, here below to your points:

1. Yes it is only happening while i am on the network settings in Xbox App, as soon as the " server connection" ends loading and it's about to show the status ( never see it until now ) the PC crashes

2. i tried the following solutions found on different forums:

-Deleting and reinstalling Xbox APP

- running windows troubleshooter

- searching for updates both on windows 10 and xbox app

- logging in with a different microsoft user on app

- starting the app with a different windows user

unfortunately nothing seems to work until now.

Have you tried to uninstall/re-install the Xbox App?



Here are steps below on how to uninstall and reinstall Xbox app:



1. Click Start, and then type Windows PowerShell on the search box.



2. Right-click, and then select Run as administrator.



3. Type the following command to uninstall Xbox app: Get-AppxPackage
*xboxapp*|
Remove-AppxPackage



4. Hit Enter.



Launch Windows Store and download Xbox App.
