Bad movie glitch since new update

I went to start my uhd digital copy of John Wick 3. Then I see it crash then it tells me that I didn't have 4k capable equipment, which I do. Other movies play fine in uhd and my settings are all checked off for 4k. So my question is, where has my uhd
copy gone and I want the quality that I paid for. It's not even an option for me anymore as in John Wick now only plays in HD and no other options are there for me to get the UHD quality back. Please fix this issue or I want a full reimbursement for the UHD
title that I paid more for to receive.

No this is happening in MW3 as well...since the update the lag is amazingly BAD and everyone is teleporting or skipping ....mw3 had lag before but since this new update, OH MY GOD. we all had to stop playing it was so damn bad. and NO it is not my connection
before anyone asks. I was fine before this new update , lol

Ahh yes, this a new glitch that has happened ever since the new dashboard update. Don't worry like I said it's only a glitch, and its not your actual gamerscore, to get rid of it, just earn an achievement and it will go back to what it should be

didn't the new update include a firmware update?

Anyways, contact Microsoft and they will get you a new console. The update has affected allot of users. Since they have a bad habit of choosing new parts vendors every week, putting out an update that flashes firmware is a seriously bad idea (and probably
an expensive idea since they have to replace your console)

My old 20gb 360 still reads games after the update, so it's not dependant on xbox model, but the disc drive it uses.

The only glitch I've run into in this game so far is the A-10 not counting kills, time, or any stat since the update. Other than that, no other glitches. Oh, C4 staying after death. But no, I don't randomly die, I've been hit by debris from walls and that
has killed me as Bad Luck but no game breaking glitches or that many glitches at all. This game is light on glitches. Especially when compared to games like Gears of War 1 back in the day.

Edit: However, the biggest glitch that does annoy me is the Audio cutting out glitch.

Well since the update it's telling me I haven't a gold membership... and the new layout is pretty bad imo.
