Bad Internal wireless adapter/ Trouble issuing Repair ticket

I recently bought my Xbox one s (about a month ago used) and up until now everything has worked great, but yesterday I had turned on and it couldn't see my wifi. So I thought maybe my router just needed reset so I went through the processes of resetting my
router then I realized my phone connected no problem, so obviously this was an issue with my Xbox. After looking

online (support page included) it appears if my Internal Wireless adapter had gone bad. The only thing when I went to submit my Repair ticket I got a message that said "There are no service offers associated with selected problem/accessory type. " (I Submitted
it under accessory wireless adapter.) According to the repair site my Xbox should still be covered under Warranty until October, so I'm having trouble understanding the issue submitting my repair ticket. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Xbox 360S Wireless Problem

It shouldn't be seeing that there is no wireless adapter found, since the wireless adapter is internal this means that there is a problem with the XBOX 360's internal wireless adapter causing this message to come up.

I would contact XBOX Support or visit the Microsoft Repair site here to start a repair for your console. It seems that there is something wrong hardware wise.

If your console is the slim model then the wireless adapter is built into the console. You say the lights went out, what exactly do you mean by that. The message you are seeing usually means that the internal wireless adapter is faulty I'm afraid and a repair
may be needed.
