bad idea to finish xbox live rewards and merge it with microsoft rewards

Xbox Live Rewards was a motivating program, I liked Rewards credits or MyVIP Gems, or to unlock MyVIP benefits.

Collecting 7000 points for a month of game pass is ridiculous, The raffles are stupid, where is my gamerscore, my missions, my recommendations, I really liked MyChallenges.

To improve xbox live rewards should implement more marketing in the broadcast.

Three years ago, I was fascinated by the xbox live rewards program and from that moment I began to respond to surveys, increase my gamescore, play free to play games, take advantage of discount offers

I feel cheated and that the three years invested in the xbox livr rewards program, and it ends soon, demotivates me a lot to achieve the goals I had planned for this year.

Do not end up with xbox live rewards

You can implement better gifts and continue with xbox live rewrads:

short time, part time and long time.

Short time to win 10 pearls for having 100% achievements of a game in a month.

Half time earn 5 pearls for 100% achievements in 2 months.

long term win 2 pearls for 100% achievements of a game in 6 months.

short time to earn 15 pearls by having the number of hours in a game per month

medium time earn 10 pearls for the amount of hours in a game in two months

long term win 5 pearls for the amount of hours in a game in 3 months

Answering surveys is fine, Transmit mixer is very good as well as free to play games

Implement awards short time, part time and long time, Based on game complements, game pass or games.

For example

awards short time one month

Respond to the survey of the month

Play 15 hours a free to play game

Increase your gamerscore by obtaining 250 achievements

Play two games of game with gold

Play 10 hours two games of game with gold

Use mixer 30 minutes for 20 days

Possible awards:

Items for your avatar

A free content for the game free to play

16% discount on a purchase of a game or add-on

awards part time two month

same previous dynamic but better awards

awards long time three month

same previous dynamic but better awards

What will happen?

So I got the email saying that Xbox Live Rewards is merging with Microsoft Rewards. I'm OK with this, except that my Microsoft Rewards account was suspended back when it was still Bing Rewards. If my Xbox Live Rewards account is still in good standing, what
will happen when the merge happens? Will I just be out of luck, or can I get my Microsoft Rewards account reactivated? I sent several emails regarding the suspension of my Bing Rewards account, but didn't get any response beyond an initial investigation. Is
there anything that can be done to help me?

 

Xbox Live Rewards problem

According to the Rewards Twitter, their support is still supposed to be posting here. Hopefully they will soon.

The Microsoft Rewards program and Xbox Rewards program are/were run by completely different programs. So Microsoft Rewards support does not have access to anything on the Xbox Rewards servers and vice versa. So Microsoft Rewards support cannot help with
Xbox Rewards issues. Essentially the merger was more of the Xbox Rewards program was shut down and anything remaining was moved to the Microsoft Rewards program which had already been running anyway. It wasn't a true merger. Xbox support doesn't handle either
rewards program, or any promotions for that matter, so they would only send people here for help no matter what they are needing help with.

Regular Xbox promotions (dashboard promotions, quests, etc.) are supposed to be handled through the Sales and Promotions forum as Xbox had a specific support team for those, but support has all but stopped posting in the forums for some reason so there is
no help for those offers at this point. It's all a huge mess right now.

 

Totally agrea with you, i buyed more digital games because of it and i rather have they deleted microsoft rewards program instead of xbox rewards program.

You can't really have something nice in the microsoft rewards program.

I think when they deleted xbox rewards program, me buying digital products in store is gonna stop also ... like you said why should i nothing really interesting to get out of it...

I think since Phil spencer is gone from XBOX it ain't about the gamer anymore but about the money microsoft can make of it.

I see it going down because of this.

I was even motivated to safe my diamonds to get some nice prices now it's just gonna be extra money to buy in de store ... "woeptie doo"

 

This new program of Microsoft rewards discourages me a lot.

I think that since Phil Spencer left XBOX, it's not about the player anymore, it's about the money Microsoft can earn. With this I agree.

Xbox is a video game console that generates money, and the majority of players are young people and children.

I am a veteran gamer and I am 33 years old, seeing that my years in xbox will be reduced in stupid raffles, I will stop investing money and time.

Xbox for me is a center of understanding, I really liked xbox live rewrads I had my preference in my challenges, to win my pearls I was very careful to win and that motivates me to gather more pearls, not to make raffles and win prizes I can buy without answering
boring surveys

I am a leader in a company of halo 5, to all my companions the comvenci of the program of xbox live rewards.

They can leave the same mechanics of winning pearls, credits and everything from xbox live rewrads, think about the players, because without players does not work xbox.

 

Again I comment xbox is for young people and children, they just want to have fun.

If at 33 years of age, uploading my gamscore motivated me to get pearls.

They implement the same in the new rewards access your levels of My Challenges, MyStats, MyAchievements or Xbox Live Rewards VIP badges after July 15, 2018.
