    thats theres a bad http i tryed everything the things in yt vids but it doesnt work and i dont own a webcam either what do i do

    Sign out of your profile from your console and then sign back in and hard rest your console by holding down the power button for 8 seconds.

    What exactly do you mean by "im put as a adult", as the "adultness" of your account is determined by the birthdate you entered, when you created the account.

    You can easily check if you really have an adult account by going to
    https://account.xbox.com/settings     and try to change your online and privacy settings.

    If you are getting a page explaining how to add a child account to a family, you do have a restricted child account according to the birthdate of your account.
