    Bad graphics for Microsoft Jigsaw on Windows 10


    After upgrading to Windows 10, the puzzles on Microsoft Jigsaw have become almost unplayable. The graphics are bad, with extra blocks obscuring the edges of the puzzle pieces.

    I thought the problem was fixed, but it's back again. The daily challenges for Sept 21 and 22 were seriously messed up. (Sept 23 was okay)

    Can I get Coins back?

    On January 6, 2018 Windows 10 crashed on my Acer Aspire 5532. I've reinstalled Windows 10 and would like to know if there's anyway I can get back my 30,000 coins that I had on Microsoft Jigsaw. I've downloaded Microsoft Jigsaw, but couldn't remember my
    Xbox sign in name so they gave me a new one. Hope you can help.

    Also, let's have you try uninstalling the game, restart your device, and then re-download it to see if that helps clear up the graphical issues you're seeing. If that doesn't help, please feel free to post back here and let us know.

    jigsaw puzzle does not work, black screen

    On Windows 10 pull up the start menu

    Locate Microsoft Jigsaw then right click, then click on More, then click on App settings.

    In the App settings screen for Microsoft Jigsaw turn off the permissions for Camera, Documents, and Background apps.

    Then click the Terminate button, exit the App settings screen, then start the Microsoft Jigsaw app. This process has worked for me

    several times when after a Windows Update has occurred, Jigsaw experiences the black screen spinning wheel scenario.
