Bad gaming experience( LAG AND DELAY) . Slow upload speed.

Ok so, since about 9 months ago I've been having this problem : my two consoles, xbox one and xbox one x, don't receive more than 6 mbps up (I have a 30 mbps upload sepeed internet). Since then, my gaming experience has been the worst. There's too much
LAG and DELAY, my shots register very late or just dont register at all. At this point, I've tried pretty much everything to solve this issue, I've done the port forwarding thing, I've contacted my internet provider several times, they even sent a technician,
I've changed my xbox one x, I've restarted my consoles multiple times, I've plugged them via ethernet, I've set Static IP adresses for both of them, (NAT type is open) But nothing seems to work. The thing is that it only happens on my two consoles, all my
other devices receive the amount of mbps upload that they're supposed to receive. I've seen that many other people are having the same problem. What's exactly going on with xbox servers, with their products? I JUST WANT TO HAVE WHAT I'M PAYING FOR.

Have you tried going into your router settings and checking the priority on your consoles? Im not sure if it will make a drastic chang but here are the steps.

type "ipconfig" in command prompt and look at the ip address of your "default gateway"

Enter the ip address in a browsers search bar.

It should bring you to your router settings page where you can reprioritize your devices after logging in.

Let me know if you have trouble with these steps.

Have you tried to tweak your dns settings . it does help there are benchmark downloads that can give you the fastest speeds. Is your internet able to use ipv6?? Most use both Xbox works perfect on ipv 6 I will include a help link for a dns. Take special

Also what is your internet speed??? I think you mentioned 30mbps?? Thats kind of slow are you sure thats your speed. See if you can get speeds to atleast 100-300 atleast See what type of speed upgrade your service offers. You can add a wifi booster because
if your speed is just 30mbps you might have a few issues?

Yes, hundreds of times. :/ And when I go to network and speed statistics the upload speed doesn't go above 6 mbps.

Check your NAT. I would bet that if you check your NAT when having these issues, it will say STRICT. This happens on my set up, and I get up to 250mbs downloads on my consoles here with this internet. The problem is that in it's always on state (when you
have it set to quick boot and auto DL updates), it can lock up the router, and even resetting the console doesnt seem to free it up. You have to manually disconnect, wait 30 seconds, and then reconnect for the NAT to refresh back to Open or Moderate. At this
point, my speed returns. This happens when my system has been on for long periods, or periodically just from being enabled for the qucik boot auto DL function.

I dont recall this happening until severall months ago (I want to say around NOV) so I believe an update may have brought this into being, or maybe a change in how my ISP handles data, or maybe just a router getting hot or old. Who knows. It annoying, but this
fixes it for me.
