Bad feedback...

So I've tried google and asked around a few places, I still cannot figure out how to give good or bad feedback to people. I've been in several fights in KI where people just LEAVE when their about to lose. I can't punish them for it because as far as I know,
there's no WAY to. There are also people I really LOVED playing with, and would love to reward with good feedback. Anyone figure this out?

Halo4 or Black Opps 2?

I'm going to get Black Ops 2. I have been hearing a lot of bad feedback about Halo 4. A lot more bad feedback than CoD.

 

Is anyone on an 'avoid me' reputation or has ever had one?

I think its a great feature to have, if it is working properly, unlike on the 360. Even if people do get bad feedback because they beat someone, you still aren't going to get anything like the same amount of bad feedback
compared to someone who's in a full room of people and spoiling the game for everyone. 15 bad feedbacks from 1 game compared to 1 bad feedback occasionally from a sore loser on Fifa isn't going to put you anywhere close to the bad rep level of the constant
disrupter.

 

Currently, there is no recent players list (but it will in an update soon), so for the time being, you'll have to either memorize or write down their gamertag, or report them mid-match. Use the search function under your friends list, bring up their profile,
& then you can choose to block them or report them, both of which will effect their reputation negatively. If you report them, you can even leave a little message to the enforcement team as to why you reported them. You can also report individual messages,
film clips, etc. by pressing the menu button & choosing the report option.

 

I think if you favorite them it ups their rep. You can report players I don't know if it hurts their rep, also there is a list of people blocked I have yet to figure out how to do it on my friends list?.... No option for recent players yet... All though
why would you want to report someone on your friends list is beyond me, this should be an option for recent players.

 

Go to the friends page and press menu button and the option to show blocked players will appear. If you wish to remember players tags that annoy. Pull up the scoreboard in the game and say record that. Then no need to write it down
