    J'ai acheté une xbox series x qui m'a coûté 500€,la manette est défectueuse, j'ai déj [Removed] 2 fois, les deux fois on m'a dit que j'allais recevoir une étiquette et je n'en ai reçu aucune des deux !!! Qu'est-ce que c'est que ces lamentables [Removed] que vous embauchez ?? Payez leur une formation avec tout le fric que vous récupérez, histoire qu'ils puissent faire leur boulot un minimum correctement ! C'est une honte, c'est lamentable de voir un tel niveau d'incompétence et d'amateurisme dans une entreprise comme la vôtre. Si les mails sont trop complexes pour eux, essayez le courrier papier ! J'aurais dû acheter la PlayStation 5 si j'avais su. Je commence en avoir marre de vous, xbox, je suis client depuis la 360 où je trouvais que vous étiez respectueux et soucieux de vos clients malgré les nombreux problèmes que l'on pouvait rencontrer, c'est pourquoi je suis resté chez Microsoft, mais aujourd'hui c'est 0/20 votre service client.

    If you have had a bad experiance with Xbox Support, the best thing you could do is write into your local Microsoft Office with a letter of complaint. Here is the French Microsoft Office: Microsoft Worldwide Sites

    They would be able to handle your complaint. Microsoft does care about customer experience and satisfaction and wil work to try and fix the issue if they can find one.
