    Dear Microsoft,
    I have been a great fan of Xbox and have purchase a unit in Japan.
    Here's the issue below.
    1) I was not told warranty was only available in Japan for Xbox One
    2) I brought a genuine Xbox One 240v power from Singapore on my return
    3) I'm a gold member on Xbox one.
    I have straight vertical lines on my Xbox one now displaying on my TV. I have change out the HDMI cable and switch TV, plus wifi network, but is remain the same. I want to repair and was told to pay $160USD for a faulty console, my warranty has stated
    is valid till 26/12/17.
    I called Microsoft Asia and was presented with a manager that do not tell me his last name and where he is working for which company? He only said he is Michael and is the highest management and whatever I do will be reflected back to him. What kind of
    arrogant customer sales manager is this? Listen to the voice call recording you have. He is only trying to do a job and act like a robot, no feeling of dealing with a human.

    WORST THING HAS HAPPENED AND I AM GOING TO HIT EVERY FORUM I CAN TO STATE MY DISPLEASURE. XBOX GAVE MY SON A FREE MONTH OF LIVE WHEN HE PURCHASED A GAME. AFTER THE MONTH WAS OVER WE ARE REQUIRED TO CALL AND TALK TO A LIVE PERSON TO CANCEL THE AUTO MONTHLY
    PAYMENT. WHEN I CALLED TO CANCEL I TALKED WITH A PERSON WHOM THAN PUT ME ON HOLD....I FINALLY HUNG UP. RIGHT AFTER THAT I WAS CHARGED 10 FOR A MONTHLY FEE. NOW WE ALL KNOW IT IS CHEAPER TO BUY IN BULK THAN THIS MONTH BY MONTH THING.i THAN CALLED AGAIN...ON
    HOLD FOR 2 AND A HALF HOURS BEFORE I HUNG UP. I TRIED AGAIN A FEW DAYS LATER. AFTER BEING ON HOLD FOR OVER 1 HOUR I FINALLY HUNG UP AND HAD TO CANCEL MY CARD. THEY THAN PROCEEDED TO CHARGE ME AND CALL IT A PASS DUE BALANCE. FOR 2 MONTHS EVEN THOUGH MY SON
    THOUGHT HIS LIVE WAS OFF AND WE HAVE BEEN BUYING LIVE GIFT CARDS AND USING THEM. THEY JUST NOW CUT HIM OFF AND SAID WE STILL OWE FOR THE TWO MONTHS I CANCELED MY CARD FOR. THEY ALSO SAID THERE WAS NOTHING THEY COULD DO AND THIS IS THERE POLICY BECAUSE YOU
    ARE NOT CANCELED UNTIL YOU TALK TO A LIVE PERSON. HOWEVER YOU CAN NOT GET A LIVE PERSON TO CANCEL. SO I PAID THE HOSTAGE PRICE AND WILL NOW HIT EVERY FORUM FOR A MONTH. IF I CAN SAVE ANYONE ELSE FROM THIS CRAP MY MISSION IS DONE.....GO TO PLAYSTATION.....ITS

    dont think you will get a refund if it was a review you saw it in, but if it was in the item description of microsoft store then yes you have a right to your money back as it did not fulfilled none of those roles

    You were about 2 hours and 10 minutes more patient then I would have been. I have never bought anything from the microsoft store. I tend to stick with amazon. Have never had any issues with returns for them. Most of the time it is super easy.

    What would be the model of this headset?

    There are a lot of complaints about service channels lately, possibly from inexperienced hiring due to increased call requests. I believe that this situation should change in the future, but we have to have a little patience and understanding.
