    Bad customer service regarding repair of a controller


    I sent a controller away for repair on the 2nd of November and still have not received it back. I have spoken to numerous support members who have said they would look into it but have never gotten back to me. Any help would be appreciated.

    It's beyond a joke how bad they are, they have had another week and still no reply. I contact customer support who still ask me to wait another few days. Why should i wait. First they ruin my console at the service center and only offer to repair it againand
    now they lose my controller.

    The left stick broke on february 5th. The broken controller arrived at Xbox Repair center on february 17. I haven't received my controller back. DON'T BUY THIS CONSOLE! Its a RIPOFF, a scam! There is no help from customer service at all! I have written
    about 7 e-mails and received NO RESPONSE AT ALL. Also its worthles to call customer service!

    DON'T BUY THIS CONSOLE! ITS BROKEN!

    Same problem here. Sent mine in for repair for a broken headset port on the 14th of November, confirming it arrived on the 17th and am still waiting for it.

    I've been on their butt about it but haven't heard a thing. I am very persistent and will get to the bottom of this. Their customer service is HORRENDOUS.

    Very bad service good job I have a spare controller or I wouldn't of been able to use the Xbox.

    Tried this many times and no luck, it has been escalated 4days ago but still not heard a word, even a email would be nice. Bad service how much use is an Xbox with no controller.

    I'm really sorry that you're experiencing this. Keep calling phone support until you get an answer. Also, be sure to check the junk/spam folders in your email in case they sent a message and it went in there.

    Bad customer service regarding repair of a controller

    Repair service is shocking and Xbox support has been the worst service i have ever received, I work in retail and if I sent a customers product away for repair and it took this long I would be embarrassed.
