    We understand that you're experiencing an issue concerning the connectivity along with the Xbox One console are not allowing multiplayer play.

    To dig into this further, and to assist with the issue, we would require some way of the current network status. Run a Test Multiplayer Connection
    test within the Network Settings section of the overall settings.

    From here, determine the following:

    • The upload/download speeds
    • The latency
    • The NAT type
    • The wireless signal strength
