Bad connection errors

I think the symbol you see is the connection error symbol. This symbol appears if you are in a bad connection lobby or you are the one with bad connection. One way to fix this is to reset your internet router and play again.

if you select the wired connection and test connection what is the error that you get? on your router the blinking means that it is sending and receiving information from console to router. this could mean you have a bad ethernet cable, or the port for ethernet
cable is bad. if you select the ethernet on the consoel and test connection and it works great, if not post here the error I will try to get back to it whe i can.

Hi there! Welcome to the Forums, and thanks for this info. We just need a little more info on the errors you're seeing and then we can take a look! So, am I understanding correctly that you can connect to LIVE but then can't join parties? Is this absolutely

Some basic things to start with would be unplugging your router and modem from the power for a couple minutes. That will resolve a lot of the most basic issues.

I've had this error a few times some times having a bad connection can have this effect as said, But sometimes it can be bad timing so a quick power cycle and a restart of the game fixes it for mysel.f
