My friend played the vanilla maps yesterday and he just got the free game. He doesn't have the money for NAM though. Kinda bummed out about that. Vanilla maps took a while to work yesterday. NAM fired up right away.

was this month's 1st game with gold only half a game or are they sorting out the online would be nice if xbox let us know because as much as they tell you it's free we are still paying money for the gold status

wow... first game in a year and got my *** handed to me, but by the third game I was scoring the MVP. Still in love with the M1.

I been winning almost every game. Won like ten in a row. Then changed servers got shorted handed team of 2 versus 7 on NAM. Rest probably raged quit before I got there. Then got stomped. I barely held our own flag. But before that must of won easily
10 games on NAM. Then vanilla lost first game Then we were unstoppable. I was a classic highlight reel. Firing tank cannon and shooting helicopters out of the sky. Repair tooling enemies. C4 vehicles. Was a blast. Today probably showboat with tracer
dart and smoke shells.

I haven't seen this many low levels running around in years, and wookies are still the idiots. Got a nice 4 kill on B on White Pass because they still like spending the whole game in the attic. Click-BOOM! Destruction 2.0. Got a bunch of dog tags too last
night. I'm looking forward to a marathon this weekend. Atacama is still infested with old lvl 50s circle jerking, but when it rotates to Panama Canal (favorite map) the circle jerkers bail as usual. yeah, this game rocks, I'm hoping more people start playing,
I'm close to the 20k mark on my Garand.

NAM was great the first day. Second day the servers weren't as full. Then went back to vanilla maps.

Guy discussing why BC2 was successful and Dice was shocked it was. I always knew it be a tough game to top. BF3 and BF4 don't come close. Reason I probably skip on the cops and robbers game or I buy it used to the point its like $10 or so. Also NAM is
icing on the cake reason why BC2 is still one of the best battlefields on console well the best now since they took BF2MC servers offline.

I hear BC2 is supposed to be pretty awesome, but I am just going to have to trust thats the case. My Games with Gold DL is failing everytime at 80% with no fix in sight

It seems like the page does not receive updates since Battlefield: Bad Company 2, that was the game for free with gold in October 1, 2014.

October's free games with gold will be Battlefield Bad Company 2 from the 1st to the 15th and Darksiders 2 from the 16th to the 31st.

As for your Gold membership, as mentioned above you are not currently showing as Gold so would not get the offer.

If you added your membership on the website it can take a while for it to populate your account. To speed this up, on the console go to Settings>System>Network and run a Connection Test. This will log you out. When it is done you can log back in and should
show as Gold with all the privileges that it entails.

Question: How do us poor noobs to BFBC2 utilize the games full potential without the VIP code for DLC access? No such code is available for Gold members who download this game. See on the net that folks have 'code generators' but these are notorious for
their inaccuracies and latent issues such as system corruption, game glitching/crashing and so on. Single player is good on first campaign, but will miss out on some of the games special features without a VIP code.

The Vietnam pack is showing that it costs 600 points or $7.49 to download...I do not think that this is the Multiplayer update that everyone is talking about. I do have VIP downloaded also.
