Bad Bingo

Two computers in our house husband and I both like playing Bingo but since the upgrade we are having all kinds of problems - game not loading and giving message server error, game freezing more than once during a game, call a bingo and instead of getting
the bingo get the red x stating bad bingo, and power bingo cards are not showing the amount of keys you will get or what bunch you are on like the 15, 40, or 100 keys. it is very sad when u find a game that you like but then you can't play because its been
messed up by a bad upgrade. It would really be nice if it could be fixed soon.

Having the same problem. Valid bingos don't score, freezing and crashing repeatedly. To bad, I really do like the game, but with all the problems it is very frustrating.

Hi, While the app is working much better after the update, I still am not getting my community or personal rewards from the Power Cards. I don't know whether I should stop playing the Power Cards until this issue is fixed as currently it is a waste of coins.

Just an FYI, I had to download the latest update to Windows 8.1 in order to get Bingo updated.

Also not all of the bugs have been fixed - this morning I called a Bingo and the audio said Bingo but on screen it called it a bad bingo and blocked me out, the squares were shown correctly in green.

I agree with all of the bugs that Tgeary5 has reported. Since the "upgrade" it appears that several of the initial issues have been corrected; however there are still many, particularly the Power Card issue. I have also had bingos an been unable to claim
them. It simply gives me the count down and no bingo... I also would like to comment on the number of bingos it takes for a game. I don't think 30 is a bad number; but I understand that the system has bots playing and they claim many of the bingos. If
this is the case; I would prefer not to have the bots play and just play against other gamers.

I would also like to see a response from the Bingo team; as I don't believe they have responded to any of these issue in the past week since the upgrade.
