Bad battery life rechargeable xbox battery

About a year ago I bought the official rechargeable battery pack from xbox for my series S. But now the batteries only last a few hours and the console also says they are fully charged after half an hour of charging. Is anyone experiencing this as well? Is there any warranty on the charge kit so that I can get a new one?

The warranty for the device is 90 days. Since it has been one year since you bought it, the warranty is long past.

I bought the TB X31's a few months back, and love them! They are a great buy, and the sound quality you get through them is fantastic. If you end up getting them though, make sure you also get rechargeable batteries. The battery life in the X31's are
pretty bad, so rechargeable batteries are a lifesaver.

Not to mention that ps4 controller battery life is so bad its not funny. 1 thing I truly hate about my ps4. I prefer the rechargeable batteries and never having to be plugged on my x1.

Turning Vibration OFF also increases the battery life---- Are you using 'AA" batteries or a battery pack/recharge kit?? GOOD LUCK!!!

I believe this is only possible when you are using official rechargeable batteries. You can see the remaining battery life in the Xbox Accessories app and also in the Steam Big Picture feature when going to settings and controller settings.

Does official rechargeable batteries exist? On Amazon italy I can find only 3rd party battery pack.

Btw, I'm pretty sure on X360 controller you can always see battery life, even with AA batteries.
