    Bacword Compatibility not work?


    Good afternoon! I previously bought a digital version of the game, unfortunately I do not remember the year of purchase, I do not remember the purchase history in the purchase history, at least 2.5 years ago on the xbox360 platform, I currently use xbox
    one. I wanted to download this game again, as it became available on backward compatibility, but it again paid, tell me what could be the problem?

    Hi AntonioMiranda7,

    Because of backward compatibility you will be able to join parties, join games but only the xbox 360 game you have started up.

    backwards compatibility is not yet released for the public.

    Make sure you have purchase dthe game under your account. To view your online purchase history:

    1. Sign in to the Payment & billing page with your Microsoft account. Note If you don't know your Microsoft account email address or password, use the Lost Account Solution or the Lost Password Solution.
    2. Compare your purchase history to your bank or credit card statement.

    Can really any old gen game be played on series x?

    Only games that are backwards compatible will work. That game in particular is not compatible and won't work.

    They will work as long as they are backwards compatible. If they're not backwards compatible, then they won't work on anything other than a 360 console.

    That only works for bsckwards compatible games. Hardlines is not backwards compatible.
