I am having problems with purchasing xbox 360 games on my xbox one, ie Black ops. Is anyone else having the same problem, I have tried on my console and xbox.com with the same message please, ease try again later.

SNK VS CAPCOM

SNK vs Capcom isn't backward compatible. There's a list of all the backward compatible games and the regions they're backward compatible in on Wikipedia for future reference.

xbox one backward compatability

With xbox one backwards compatible games accessories are not compatible. Also only a few games are backwards compatible with more coming

Same problem. Keeps saying Not able to purchase at this time. Please try again later.

Also, when I put in my original disk, Blu-Ray player keeps coming up. Uninstalled Blu-Ray app and asks me to install Blu-Ray app again when inserting Black Ops disk.

Have you tried purchasing the content via Xbox.com and if the purchase is successful, you would find your game in Ready to Install on the console.

As for the issue with Blu-Ray continuing to pop up, have you tried clearing your Persistent Storage under the Blu-Ray Settings page?

Xbox does have backwards compatibility, but not all games are backwards compatible. That game is not compatible. https://www.xbox.com/games/backward-compatibility

While it is true that backwards compat is on hold. Every backwards compat licensing has to approved by the developer for that game to approve the ability of backwards compatibility. There are some developers unfortunately that will not allow there games
to be backwards compatible .

If it's not backward compatible then it's not backward compatible and never will be as they stopped updating the emulator years ago. The only Robotech game that is backward compatible is Battlecry.
