Backwards compatible

It's a disgrace that cod modern warfare has 130,000 vote yet u put games on that have 4,000 vote get the finger out xbox

SNK VS CAPCOM

SNK vs Capcom isn't backward compatible. There's a list of all the backward compatible games and the regions they're backward compatible in on Wikipedia for future reference.

 

xbox one backward compatability

With xbox one backwards compatible games accessories are not compatible. Also only a few games are backwards compatible with more coming

Some game developers do not wish for specific titles to be backwards compatible as they wish to Re-master or Re-release the title on Xbox one. Xbox are currently working in tandem to bring titles back with developers and the community, Fingers crossed.

Hyrb mentioned that even if a game is the top of the requests, it doesn’t mean it can be implemented instantly, as there’s “a lot of paperwork and conversations that have to happen.”

Ybarra continued by explaining that there are cases in which a publisher doesn’t have the rights to the music anymore, or for some of the assets in the game. That makes things more complex and that’s why those titles won’t be available shortly after the
release of the feature.

He also mentioned that the team is working as hard as they can, doing negotiations with the publishers, so that the feature is updated very regularly with new games.

 

COD Black Ops 1 Will be Backward Compatible soon, so don't worry, there's a big chance that Modern Warfare will be compatible. The problem is that it's not that easy to make it happen. They need the developer approvel, and there's lots of paperwork. Just
be patient.

 

I understand your frustration games take time to go through the process and at the end of the day it's ultimately up to the developer if they chose to do this maybe you should try contacting the developer.

 

It's not microsoft's fault as it's up to the game developers as mentioned above they may release it later.

 

I agree with what everyone is saying. Call of Duty: Black Ops was set to release mid December but then some kerfuffle happened with Activision and they decided not to do it until later. The only reason why alot of not so popular games make it is simply to
help those developers out to get more players buying and downloading these not so popular games. But me personally would like to see Grand Theft Auto 4/ GTA IV make a return. But be hopeful that the more popular games can make it. I mean could you imagine
MW2 on Xbox One?

I want to add Legend of Kay to the list people can vote for to bring to xbox one as it was a new release on 360 but not xbox one? Its a shame as that is a great game.

 

You should ask Nordic Games why they didn't release Legend of Kay Anniversary for xbox one, like they did for the ps3, ps4, wii u, 360, PC.
