Backwards compatible Xbox 360 games are telling me that I’ve been disconnected from Xbox live

Thanks for reaching out to the Forums for advice on how to deal with this issue. I can totally understand how this could be pretty discouraging of a problem to deal with especially with there being a bunch of classic games in the backwards compatible library.
I find that this is usually cleared up by trying a
soft factory reset (the one denoted reset and keep my games & apps).

Make this game be backward compatible on Xbox one I’ve been waiting for three years now

I would also like to mention that I have Spectrum wifi. Sometimes it will let me play a backwards compatible game for 5 minutes before it disconnects me from xbox live once again.

If i got a Xbox 360 game from live with gold, it's will be only a backward compatible? I can't play on Xbox 360?

Let me understand you are trying to play Borderlands 2 (a backwards compatible game) on the xbox one and are trying to make sure your game progress is being saved to the cloud?

Is this correct?

You say this is happening with other games too are these games also backwards compatible games?

When you load these games does it give you a message that you are disconnected from xbox live?
