    What would it take for Microsoft to make the Xbox 360 controllers backwards compatible with the Xbox One? Granted, they probably wouldn't because they want you to spend money on Xbox One controllers, but still, this would be awesome.

    No. Controllers and accessories that work with Xbox 360 won't work with Xbox One (and vice versa). Also not all games are compatible, please check this link for available games as of now

    KINECT 360 Games for XBox one - when available ??

    Since Xbox 360 accessories, like the controllers and 360 Kinect, do not work with Xbox One, it would be difficult for to get the 360 Kinect games to be backwards compatible.

    Unfortunately, there is no way to do that.

    All Xbox One controllers are not designed to be played on the Xbox 360 console.

    If it is 360 games you want to play, there's always the
    growing list of backward compatible 360 games     on the Xbox One, from which you can use the Elite controller.

    You can't. It's a backwards compatible Xbox 360 game. You must use an Xbox controller.
