Backwards Compatible Problems

I recently bought a copy of Rage after it became backwards compatible. I noticed that for some reason, only the first disc is compatible and playable, and the game has moments of audio dropout, and then stuttering (proceeding quite slowly). I got up to Capital
Prime, and the stuttering got so bad I can't finish the game. I bought the Scorchers DLC< since it's supposed to fix some bugs, but nothing happened. I used CleanDr, showing that the audio and video hookups are good, the Xbo One is in good condition, as are
the discs. What's the problem? Can it be fixed? Is there a patch?

I actually can't get RAGE at all. It shows up in my games store as "*not yet available*". I have sent numerous messages via the "report a problem" section of the Xbox One but no one has responded and it isn't fixed yet. It's been about 4 months!

 

i talked to bethesda support and they know ****. part of the last msg i received from them reads, "After speaking with a higher tier, unfortunately we do not have any steps or resolutions for backward compatibility errors as the game was made for 360 when
we released it. We would only be able to suggest that you contact Micorosoft or Xbox Support. I can also suggest that you look on the XBOX forums:

I know this is not the answer you were hoping to receive and I apologize for any inconvenience that this has caused." that's how i came on here, lol, funny though,
i spoke to ms before and they referred me to bethesda, it seems know one wants to either take responsibility or fix the issue, they seem happy to pass it off on each other and claim the game is backwards compat.
