    Is a game like Call of duty ghost ever going to be backwards compatible.My friend let me borrow his game expecting it to be backwards compatible but it wasn't, so are there any plans to add call of duty ghost to the pool of games that will be ???

    With xbox one backwards compatible games accessories are not compatible. Also only a few games are backwards compatible with more coming

    There's always a possibility, but it's up to the publishers. Games like that that have a One version already are usually less likely to be made backwards compatible though.

    While it is true that backwards compat is on hold. Every backwards compat licensing has to approved by the developer for that game to approve the ability of backwards compatibility. There are some developers unfortunately that will not allow there games
    to be backwards compatible .

    That game is not backwards compatible. You can find a list of all games that are compatible at https://www.xbox.com/games/backward-compatibility

    There is no way to request a game to be compatible. The backwards compatibility program ended in 2021, so anything that is not compatible, won't be.
