    Backwards compatible games.


    When i try to play Cal Of Duty Modern Warfare 3 i have to download my Xbox live account. After i've signed in and started downloading my account it brings up an error message saying "sorry, there's a problem with the credentials that you're using........
    8015190A. i was wondering if i could have some help.

    xbox one backward compatability

    With xbox one backwards compatible games accessories are not compatible. Also only a few games are backwards compatible with more coming

    Backwards compatible games.

    Try performing a hard reset EXACTLY like this.

    Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes. Plug the power cord back in and restart the console.

    While it is true that backwards compat is on hold. Every backwards compat licensing has to approved by the developer for that game to approve the ability of backwards compatibility. There are some developers unfortunately that will not allow there games
    to be backwards compatible .

    That game is not backwards compatible. You can find a list of all games that are compatible at https://www.xbox.com/games/backward-compatibility

    There is no way to request a game to be compatible. The backwards compatibility program ended in 2021, so anything that is not compatible, won't be.
