Backwards Compatible games not showing as owned on Xbox One

I first noticed this issue when Dead Space Ignition became BC on Xbox One. I had purchased the game on Xbox 360 but it never appeared in my Ready to Download screen. I checked the store and sure enough on Xbox One it says the game is $4.99 but when I check
the website it says "already purchased". I'm able to look it up on my purchase history on the website and on the Xbox 360 itself. I'm almost able to redownload the game onto my Xbox 360! I did contact MS about this issue and on their end the purchase is missing
from my account history.

The 2nd instance of this was in April when Darksiders was a part of GWG. I purchased and downloaded the game to my Xbox One and when I went to download it on my 360, it didn't show up under History. When I went into the store and website it said the game
was $19.99, so it didn't save to my account history.

The most recent one was with Dead Space 2. Again it's showing that I don't own content when I do. I can't download and install the Collector's Edition DLC and it says I have to purchase the Severed DLC for $5.99 even though I own it.

This is all under the same Xbox Live account and I haven't tried to see what happens if I purchase DLC a 2nd time that I already own. I did take screenshots from each console and the website with the purchase and download history.

any idea it was added yesterday according to the news

 

Red Dead Redemption Not Available

Red Dead went backwards compatible today but having previously owned the game I do not have the option to download it to my one. I can not even see it as an option to buy in the backwards compatible section of the xbox ones game store. Anyone else having
this problem or know how to fix it?

If you've made purchases that aren't showing up, our chat/phone teams are best to dive into purchasing issues. If they're showing that it's missing, can you share a picture of the purchase which includes your Gamertag in it, but no other personal information?
The same with Darksiders if you don't mind.

With Dead Space 2, this is actually something the teams are looking into (specifically with the collectors edition), but we'd love for you to fill out the Backward Compatible Survey at the bottom of our Forums Sticky post
