Backwards compatible games not saving/unable to sign in to XBL

I'm sorry to see any issues with back compat games. With your gamertag switch, you may need to clear the 360 data from your Xbox One. Let's follow these steps to do that and try to get your account back in working order across the board.

• Hit the Xbox button on your controller, then go all the way to Settings.
• All settings
• System
• Storage
• Clear local Xbox 360 storage
• After that you will want to
  remove your profile from your Xbox One.
• Follow the steps in that link to add your profile again.

Give GTA IV a try again, and see if that works for you. Let me know how it goes!

Your profile information (gamerscore, avatar, etc.) will transfer, but the One is not backwards compatible. So you will be unable to play/use 360 games or saves.

As long as you're signed into the same account you used, any games that are backwards compatible will show as Ready to Install in your Games and Apps and you would download them from there (unfortunately GTA 5 is not compatible). You can see a list of all

If they're not already, you would want to store your 360 game saves on the cloud in order to use them with backwards compatibility on the One.

Here is some general information on backward compatible saves linked below. After doing some research I found that some Tom Clancy Splinter Cell Backward Compatible Games autosave or manually save just like they did on the 360. However I'm not sure if Double
Agent is one of them.

Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention. Do you mean that the file sizes for the saved data average in Mbps, or that the upload speed is in Mbps? Any disc games that are backwards compatible will need to be installed on the Xbox One by placing
the disc in the console. Any digital backwards compatible games will show up in ready to install as soon as the account is placed on an Xbox One and signed in. We have a list of all
