So my Xbox one works totally fine. I can play anything online without interruption.

When I play Fight Night Champion, an Xbox 360 game, I can play for about ten minutes and then it boots me offline and gives me an error code 8015190E. Then it won’t let me connect online on 360 games at all for a solid hour, yet my Xbox one stays online and lets me play other games that aren’t 360 games. It happens every day for a month now. Any idea what is happening? I have already cleared the cache and attempted to redownload my profile.

    :)

Try to restore keeping games and apps, please be sure that you know your account email and password:

Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Console info.

    Select Reset console.

On the Reset your console screen, you'll see three option use this one, be sure you remember the email and password of you're accounts:

Reset and keep my games & apps. Use this option as your primary choice when troubleshooting. It will reset the OS and delete all potentially corrupted data without deleting your games or apps. In some cases, if a corrupt game file is causing the issue you're troubleshooting, you may have to choose Reset and remove everything, but you should always start with Reset and keep my games & apps

Hi SparkySouthpaw! My name is Ricardo an independent advisor ready to help you with this situation!

Have you tried changing the network? Does this happens only in this game?

    Please try this

Please perform a power cycle reset, follow these steps:

Unplug the power cable from the back of the router, modem, or gateway for 5 minutes. If you have a router and a modem, unplug the power cable from both devices.

Restart your Xbox console. Press and hold the Xbox button in the center of your Xbox controller to open the Power Center. Select Restart console and then select Restart. (If the console appears to be frozen, press and hold the Xbox button  on the console for 10 seconds, until the console turns off. After the console shuts down, touch the Xbox button on the console again to restart.)

After 5 minutes, plug the modem or gateway in first, and wait for all the lights to return to their normal state.

If you are using a router, plug in the router and wait for all the lights to return to their normal state.

I found the issue. The router restart did nothing because I’m on a static IP, so my IP didn’t change. I called my ISP and got a new IP address and haven’t had any issues since. Perhaps I was booted offline? Either way, it is fixed

Important Question about Offline BC Gameplay

The Xbox One backwards compatibility feature is complete emulation. I wouldn't see why you would have to be online. Now this is me just speculating, perhaps someone from the preview program can come in here and let us know.

I just can't imagine playing Mass Effect and I haven't saved in hours and then getting kicked offline due to a storm or something and then the game boots me.

I also just read "Digital Foundry vs Xbox One Backwards Compatibility" and no where in the article did it mention a required internet connection.

Xbox 360 can play in Xbox 0ne?

Please don't bump old threads, and no. The One is not backwards compatible so it will not play 360 games offline or online.
