Backwards Compatible games fail to use saved data

For the last 3 days I've been having problems with and of my digital 360 games to use my saved cloud data, I keep getting "Need Active Gamer Profile" which my profile is active. Now I've done multiple things to get my games to play like, resetting my router,
deleting my profile and re-adding it, clearing my 360 saved data, and lastly a full factory reset. All these have giving me a temporary fix, once I shut the console off it's back to square one. Has anyone had this happen, if so what did you do to fix it?

Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention. Do you mean that the file sizes for the saved data average in Mbps, or that the upload speed is in Mbps? Any disc games that are backwards compatible will need to be installed on the Xbox One by placing
the disc in the console. Any digital backwards compatible games will show up in ready to install as soon as the account is placed on an Xbox One and signed in. We have a list of all

The issue could be network related, since we're talking about cloud saves, so let's take a closer look at that aspect.

Run a Detailed Network Statistics test on the Xbox One console and please provide the following information.

• Download Speed
• Upload Speed
• Latency
• Packet Loss %
• Wireless Strength (if applicable)
• Modem Manufacturer
• Router Manufacturer (if being used) as well as the model number
• NAT Type

I have been getting the same issue, but I haven't even found a temporary fix. For me it's on a Lego batman disc. Played bioshock a while ago and didn't have this issue.

I have:

Download speed 57.46mbps

Upload speed 18.38

Latency 23ms

Packet loss 1%

Wireless strength 100%

The rest I don't know the answer to.

Is there a fix for this? I've just been browsing loads of different websites / forums and I can't seem to find any half decent up to date advice

 

Digital 360 games playing on Xbox One or on 360? If playing on Xbox One and your 360 profile isn't working right, try downloading the profile using a hard wired internet connection. If that works, you can go back to wireless to
actually play the games.
