    backwards compatible game not showing up on my xbox one.


    I purchase a backward compatible game called left 4 dead 2 on my xbox 360 console. Once i logged in my xbox one account the game didnt appear in my console. I went through every troubleshoot but it didnt work. I am 100% made sure this purchase is under the same account. I went through my microsoft order history and i noticed the transaction status was pending, i wait a few minutes and suddenly the transaction status is complete but my game is still not appearing in my xbox one. Im still able to access the game through my xbox 360 play it and all.

    My games with gold for Xbox One are not on my game list

    The games that would show up in your ready to install would be games that are considered backwards compatible and able to play on the Xbox One.

    Looking at the list at the following site neither one of these games are on the backwards compatible list and this is why they are not showing up as being able to be downloaded to your Xbox One

    Having checked the backward compatibility catalogue, the games you have mentioned are not listed. That is why they are not showing in the Xbox One library. If they become compatible, then the games will show up. Until then your only option is to play the

    I chatted with an xbox live agent and they say the game is not backwards compatible thats why it shows up at full price. Mabe we should wait a few days idk but i dont understand why it shows up on my xbox one but is not backwards compatible.
