    Backwards compatible game not going past download profile


    Trying to play a backwards compatible game on Xbox one s and it loads the game until you get to the startup screen where you click on download profile once you click on that it loads for a minute then says that it cannot connect to Xbox live... I am connected
    to the internet Xbox live is working fine for all Xbox one games just no Xbox 360 games. I am part of the preview program and am fully up to date on system updates. I don't know what to do.

    problems downloading a profile for backward compatibility

    nearly a month ago had this problem, I wanted to download my profile for backwards compatible Xbox 360 games and I can not, I have no profile to play backward compatible games, and less play online please help !!!!

    Retrocompatible games do not connect live no Xbox One

    My xbox one games normally run live services, but in
    all backward compatible games they do not work live and do not download the profile.

    If you've changed anything with your account recently (email/password/gamertag) then try the instructions here to see if it helps

    Hi!

    Probably some data in the profile is corrupt. Try clearing the cache by holding down the power button for 10 secs. If it still does not work, delete the profile from the console and re-download it again. The status of the connection to the Live service,
    in the X360 emulation screen, you can see it by holding down the "view" and "start" buttons of the controller.

    It didn't work I think it's got something to do with the preview program due to the latest update I got on my Xbox one that was sent with me being in the preview program that is causing the issue... My roommate doesn't have an issue on his Xbox one with
    backwards compatible games and he isn't in the preview program

    which games are u trying to download? not all xbox 360 games are backwards compatible. if you're sure the games you're trying to download are backwards compatible, press the xbox button, go to my games and apps and check your owned games.
