    Backwards compatible game issue


    Fallout 3 which I purchased a heck of a long time ago does play on my 360, however itDOES NOT show on my Xbox one. No where in the ready to install section or even in my current game list.

    Looking online has gotten me no where.

    Checking Xbox game pass (Which we have a current subscription to) and the store gives me no option to download it to my console.

    Restarting/Hard reset does nothing on my Xbox one.

    Asking on the reddit page has gotten me no where.

    This isn't the only title on my 360 that shows it's backwards compatible on my Xbox one and will not show up.

    The only thing I can think of is it possibly got removed from my installed game list icons but I don't know how to check that. It doesn't show any current file for it on my internal or external drive either.

    I have plenty of storage space to spare for it.

    Help? What am I missing?

    Yes it is still backwards compatible. You can the list of backwards compatible games here.

    I'm not sure why it wouldn't be working. Have you had any issues with other backwards compatible games before?

    Are you able to test any other backwards compatible games?

    Generally issues with backwards compatible games on the 360 is down to the hard drive. A lot of third party purchases of hard drives tend to result in the hard drive being a knock off which will not work with backwards compatibility.

    The issue you may be having is I don't believe that Battle Block Theater is part of the backwards compatibility program. You can find a full list of backwards compatible games here. https://www.xbox.com/en-US/xbox-one/backward-compatibility
